Description:

REWARD AND PERFORMANCE BUSINESS PARTNER - VIE CONTRACT

  • Location: Czech Republic, Prague
  • Target start date: 01/10/2024
    iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

EDUCATION:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, Economics or related field.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 1 year of previous experience in HR (compensation/benefits fields or other related area).
  • Previous experience in international environments would be an asset.

IT/HARD SKILLS:

  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (advanced Excel skills).
  • Knowledge of Workday is required.
  • High level of confidence and understanding in technologies and systems.

SOFT SKILLS:

  • Strong ability to communicate effectively - verbally and in writing.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and numerical skills - ability to analyze and manipulate large data sets with ease and accuracy.
  • Results-oriented – ability to plan and prioritize activities, work effectively with others to complete objectives, often within short deadlines.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Team player with ability to work autonomously under guidance.
  • Good multitasking skills, can-do attitude, and hands-on mentality.
  • Love to tackle challenges and bring structure into activities.
  • Ability to escalate issues as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Works on local, regional & global RPM (Rewards and Performance Management) projects.
  • Assists in the roll out of the employee share purchase plan and coordinates the LTI (Long Term Incentives) tiering calculations upon vesting of the PSs (Performance Shares).
  • Analyzes benchmarking information to assess current market positioning and to supports the annual review of competitive pay ranges, bonus targets and market competitiveness of benefit programs.
  • Prepares, cleans, and analyzes data to participate in surveys and provide regular and ad-hoc reporting.
  • Supports R&P manager in internal communications.
  • Acts as first point of contact for day-to-day queries from internal and external stakeholder.
  • Works with HR teams to help transition and simplify existing processes and clarify roles and responsibilities.
  • Works with Finance and Procurement teams to manage invoicing and PO (Purchase Order) processes.
  • Performs other related duties and assists in other areas of the R&P programs as needed.
