REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Experience in HR, with a focus on reward
• Experience in a partnering role is advantageous
• Experience with one of the major salary benchmarking tools, such as Mercer
• Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems)
• Strong Excel skills, including the ability to perform complex data analysis and modelling
• Good understanding of compensation theory, practices, and legal requirementsGood understand of Long-Term Incentive Plans

THE ROLE

The aim of this role is to assist the People function and business units in creating and executing reward strategies that align with GBG’s goals. The Reward Associate Business Partner works closely with People leaders and business managers to ensure reward practices are competitive, fair, and in line with business objectives.
