- Acting as the first point of contact for complex or contentious reward related queries
- Leading Reward aspects of role sizing, benchmarking, and organisational design work for business reorganisations, ensuring appropriate oversight and governance, whilst meeting project timelines
- As a Reward SME contributing to the development of new, or evolution of existing, remuneration solutions and related policies and processes
- Leading larger/more complex compensation related projects, or workstreams of larger programmes
- Acting as an initial escalation point for the Senior Reward Consultants and Senior Reward Analysts within the Reward Business Support team
- Providing oversight of and input to external and internal analysis, research, and benchmarking, to identify trends and best practice
- Coaching and mentoring colleagues to build their business consultancy skills and reward expertise, helping to develop a pool of potential successors
- Supporting wider projects, such as remuneration regulation compliance, executive remuneration, drafting of Remuneration Committee, Leadership Team and Board papers.
We need you to have
- Experience of reward business partnership, operating as a trusted and influential advisor to HR colleagues and business leaders, focusing on customer experience and stakeholder management.
- Broad knowledge of all aspects of reward including variable compensation, fixed pay, market data analysis and reward related solutions.
- Expert knowledge of job evaluation methodologies and organisational design principles, together with extensive experience of organisational restructuring

- Skilled in extracting data from a variety of sources; completing analysis and modelling and utilising the findings to inform decision making.
- Proficient in presenting data and providing commentary for a variety of stakeholders, including non-specialist audiences.
- A good understanding of the external regulatory and commercial environment, how it impacts our business and decision making.
- Specialist experience with excel.
It’s a bonus if you have but not essential
- Awareness of executive reward in a regulated environment so that you can support other members of the team
