Responsibilities:

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensuring the right structural administration and comms flow from OD perspective regarding newly designed structures by being the first point of contact
  • Contributing to the role description process (templates, content, reviews) together with the people partner team and line managers
  • Providing reports and discussion papers for dedicated stakeholders, creates insight and analyses based on data about Tesco Business Services and Technology, highlighting the complexity of teams and identifying future opportunities
  • Acting as a consultant and advisor for stakeholders, in-house HR teams as well as external teams both in terms of OD and reward-related topics
  • Helping with the implementation of reward strategy and daily tasks of reward cycle for Tesco Business Services and Technology
  • Ensures competitiveness by constant scanning of salary, benefits, and bonus market trends of the SSC sector, prepares salary and benefit analyses and insight
  • Contribute to the delivery of the reward cycle (benchmarking, pay review, salary surveys, audits)

YOU WILL BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:

  • University education
  • 3-4 years professional experience
  • Advanced English language
  • Hungarian/Slovak/Czech language not required but preferred
  • Relevant HR Controlling/Reward/Business Partnering experience
