This permanent role is based in Milton Keynes.

To support this, we offer site-based contracts with a hybrid working pattern and our expected level of attendance in an office is at least 12 days per month (pro-rata for part-time roles).

Responsibilities:
- Previous experience in a reward role ideally within banking
- Excellent analytical capability or previous experience working with data
- Extensive experience of drafting material for senior stakeholders
- Well-developed communication skills, both written and verba
