Description:
Are you an experienced Reward Manager looking to embark on a new, exciting journey within Thames Water? This is a pivotal time to join us, as we continue to embrace our commitment to deliver on our key objectives.
You will ensure the effective development and delivery of Reward related processes and policy, working closely with key stakeholders in HR, business leaders and our union Partnership.
Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AS A REWARD MANAGER
- Build strong relationships with HR Heads, HR Consultants, HR Services and the Recruitment team to enable a proactive approach to reward that avoids problems rather than purely solving them.
- Identify and lead reward projects to ensure we attract, retain and motivate the right people across Thames to achieve our ambitious turnaround plan and Reward Framework.
- Coach HR Heads and other HR colleagues to help develop their reward knowledge to better partner the business.
- Keep abreast of trends and thinking in reward and HR, bringing innovative ideas to challenge the status-quo within the business.
Hybrid Role with 2 days in Reading
- Competitive annual salary of between £70,000 - £75,000 per annum depending on experience
