Description:

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • You will have excellent numerical and spreadsheet skills and be able to produce reports and manage a high volume of numerical data
  • Interpret data trends, providing insight and analysis to internal stakeholders
  • Intermediate to advanced experience of MS Excel would be preferred
  • Experience of being in, or supporting, reward processes.You might already have experience in a specialist Reward team, or be looking to move into your first specialist Reward role, having supported Reward processes as part of a non-specialist role
  • Ability to streamline processes and manage project plans

Responsibilities:

You will be supporting the People Leadership Team with the implementation of our updated reward and benefits strategy; as well as managing the annual cycle of reward processes (for example our annual pay review). The role will also support the People team by producing Reward insights and recommendations, based on both internal data and external research.

  • Supporting the People Leadership Team with the implementation of the Reward strategy and annual reward calendar
  • Responsible for managing the annual pay review process, keeping spreadsheets updated and producing analysis on costs, anomalies and ensuring the process is robust
  • Supporting People Partners with the job evaluation process and preparing packs for benchmarking governance.
  • Completing external reward surveys as and when required
  • Providing insights and data on benefit usage and costs
  • Supporting audits and running exception reports/spot checks as required
  • Running reports related to pay, benefits, incentives as required
  • Project management and/or oversight of annual reward processes, such as Gender Pay Gap; annual bonuses; annual colleague vouchers
  • Creating and maintaining a reward calendar for stakeholders with key activities, timings and resource requirements.
  • Setting up and maintaining a database of all reward and incentive schemes/policies from across the Society
