Caledonian Sleeper (CSL) has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Reward Partner to join the HR Team based in Glasgow.
It is a great time to become part of the HR team as we shape our new HR operating model, systems, and practices. You will have the opportunity to influence and shape our reward strategy following the transition across to Scottish Rail Holdings
The Reward Partner is a new role which will lead on developing and managing the implementation of Reward policies, procedures, and processes, which includes pay, reward, benefits, and performance. This role will support the Head of HR and the broader business at Caledonian Sleeper.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Lead on the development and delivery of CSL Reward strategy
Lead and manage key reward projects, such as developing new reward policies and procedures, shaping CSL pay guidelines
Develop and implement CSL job families, pay and career frameworks
Conduct salary benchmarking exercises to support business decisions developing salary scales, whilst providing regular insight and analytics
Act as the Reward Partner across the wider business to ensure consistency and compliance in processes and procedures
Manage the annual Pay Review process
Lead on CSL Remuneration Committee and submissions
Review and on-going management of employee benefits, including pensions
Monitor and advise on requirements related to Public Sector Pay Policy
Carry out job evaluations for any new roles
Research and prepare regular reports, compiles metrics for analysis as needed
Lead on Gender Pay Reporting for CSL
Supplier Management for Fleet and Occupational Health
