KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED
- Proven experience in working in HR roles of a matrix organisation, with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytic and numerical skills.
- Proven experience in managing annual reward and performance review process.
- Proven experience in project and stakeholder management skills. Key upcoming projects include company wide recognition and wellbeing programmes .
- Experience in reward gained in an in-house environment with sound understanding of job evaluation methodology is ideal but not essential.
- Comfortable and experienced working in a fast paced change environment

Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and running of annual reward and performance review. Work with other team members and country HR team to ensure the smooth running of the global annual reward and performance review process.
- Support Head of Reward & Performance and Chief HR Officer on compensation plan design and leadership team compensation review sign off.
- Upskilling of country HR/Reward teams on job grading, job family mapping, equal pay analysis, international mobility and compensation governance.
- Work with country HRDs to deliver implementation of new performance & reward programmes as required.
