REWARD SPECIALIST – MOBILITY, RECOGNITION & BENEFITS

Location: North Ryde
The Performance & Reward team within our Human Resources division is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing employee recognition, performance, and rewards programs.
We are currently recruiting a Reward Specialist to act as a Subject Matter Expert in the areas of Mobility and to provide support across our benefits and recognition initiatives across the Foxtel Group. Our team focus on ensuring that the company’s Performance and Reward are competitive and aligned with our strategic goals.
Reporting to the Head of Performance and Reward, you will be responsible for designing and executing programs with both policy adherence and the employee experience in mind.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND CAPABILITY

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in mobility, with an interest or background in rewards or recognition.
  • Experience as a Performance & Reward Consultant/Specialist looking to specialize or gain deeper experience in mobility, benefits, and recognition
  • Demonstrated experience in project management (change management and process mapping/improvement
  • Be comfortable navigating ambiguity and working flexibly as you may also have the opportunity to support across other areas / projects within the business
  • Demonstrate an ability to build deep and trusted relationships with the business, be an advisor and who can influence, challenge and impact the commercial agenda with
  • Proactive mindset and ability to problem solve and able to understand the bigger picture and implications of decisions across the wider organisation

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Mobility, Immigration and Relocation activity across the Foxtel Group ensuring adherence to agreed business guidelines and management of the vendor relationships
  • Document, review and improve all related mobility processes; analyse the current state, identify and map areas of improvement
  • Management and continual improvement of our Benefits and Perks at Work program
  • Review Foxtel Group’s recognition programs and identify, recommend and execute opportunities for improvement both from a design and operational perspective to motivate and engage employees
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees and managers regarding rewards policies and procedures
  • Assist other team members with performance and remuneration related activities during peak periods
