Description:
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field (ideally within Human Resources, compensation, benefits and/or organizational development concentration).
- 3+ years of experience related to Compensation and Benefits, with knowledge of compensation theories, best practices and trends.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
- Expert/advanced proficiency in MS Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Benefit plans design, regulatory compliance knowledge and trends.
- Advanced project management skills.
- Good cross functional working and collaboration.
- Experience with HRIS applications is a plus.
- Demonstrate analytical and well developed communications skills, both verbal and written, necessary to interact in a professional manner and to project a positive image.
Responsibilities:
JOB PURPOSE
As the BSEMEA Total Rewards & Analytics function team member and under the supervision of the Total Rewards Managers, the Rewards Analyst manages and supports programs and processes within the Total Rewards area, and provides input for the successful completion of those projects. This role will support and sometimes lead developing programs to improve performance, engagement and satisfaction of our employees.
