DESCRIPTION
Morgan Stanley’s Rewards & Analytics function specializes in ensuring the Firm has competitive and cost-effective compensation policies and practices. This role is responsible for compensation implementation (e.g., salary, annual and long-term incentive), program design, and administration for exempt and non-exempt staff, year-end management, regulatory filings, market data, compensation accruals and committee/Board level meetings.

What you’ll do in the role:
- Compensation expense planning/forecasting, coordinating monthly bonus accrual, and preparation of base salary budgets, including accompanying analytics
- Facilitate the year-end salary and bonus processes
- Preparation of compensation related modelling and analytics to create senior management exhibits and presenting to management teams to make critical business decisions
- Preparation of a wide variety of human capital analytics
- Collaboration with various partners, including Finance, Payroll, Executive Compensation, and BU-specific and Firmwide Compensation Teams
- Market data coordination and vendor relations BP #BPREP
QUALIFICATIONS
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Business
- At least 2-3 years’ relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
- Ability to develop analytics from multiple streams of data, interpret & analyze trends, develop meaningful story/recommendation and communicate the information in a logical, concise way
- Must have ability to manage projects in addition to daily responsibilities, ensuring accurate delivery of product to senior management and external stakeholders
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills; exposure to Microsoft Access preferred
- Interest in learning new systems and technologies
- Enjoy high-volume, fast-paced, and dynamic environment
