The Role: As our Reward and Benefits Manager, you will be the architect behind our compensation and benefits strategy, ensuring it aligns with our business goals while enhancing employee engagement and retention. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the way we reward our people, offering packages that not only attract top talent but also keep our existing team satisfied, energised and focused.

Responsibilities:

  • Design & Strategy: Develop and implement a competitive reward and benefits strategy that reflects our commitment to being an employer of choice in the food industry.
  • Compensation Management: Oversee salary structures, annual pay reviews, and bonus schemes to ensure they are fair, competitive, and aligned with market trends.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage a suite of benefits, including health and wellness programs, pension schemes, and employee discounts, tailored to the diverse needs of our workforce.
  • Data Analysis: Use data and analytics to monitor the effectiveness of our rewards and benefits offerings, making data-driven decisions to continually enhance our programs.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure all compensation and benefits practices comply with UK regulations and best practices, adapting to any changes in legislation.
  • Employee Engagement: Act as a key player in driving employee satisfaction through effective communication and education about our rewards and benefits offerings.
  • Market Research: Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends and competitor practices to ensure we stay ahead in offering innovative and attractive rewards packages.
