QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- 7+ years of health benefits administration experience
- 4+ years of experience with implementing rewards technology solutions; including requirements gathering, project management, process redesign, and testing
- 4+ years of experience in client account relationship management
- Knowledge of MS office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Ability to travel 25-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Bachelor’s Degree

Responsibilities:
- Engage in health benefits program design, development, implementation, and/or maintenance phases
- Lead and impact workstreams related to the management and operation of health benefits enrollment programs
- Provide strategic and technical employee benefit consulting services to plan sponsors (e.g., employers, agencies, state, county, and city governments, etc.)
- Navigate the complexities of managing health benefits, ensuring compliances are followed and enhancing overall plan/ platform effectiveness.
- Work with end clients to collect requirements as well as bring those requirements back in an efficient manner to Deloitte implementation teams.
- Assist in preparing client presentations and reports
