We are looking for an experienced Total Rewards (Compensation & Benefits) Manager to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Intuition, Hawaiian Tropic, Banana Boat, Wet Ones, Bulldog Skincare, Jack Black, Cremo and recently acquired Billie… just to name a few!).
Let’s Get Down To Business
Reporting to the Director of Global Compensation (based in the US), you be responsible for the day-to-day management, development and implementation of Edgewell’s Total Rewards programs across Edgewell’s International markets including pay analysis, job evaluation, employee recognition program management, compensation and benefits cycles. Key part of this role is to partner with local HR Teams and other internal stakeholders to support with reward initiatives, opportunities and projects in line with our total rewards philosophy, strategy and frameworks. This position has 1 direct report. If there’s one thing you’ll get here at Edgewell, it’s a collaborative group full of likeable, diverse and nurturing colleagues. They’re an inspiring bunch. Show Us What You’ve Got

The ideal teammate will have a similar experience gained within Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG or matrix commercial organisation. We are looking for the following skills and experience:

  • Significant rewards, compensation and benefits experience with international markets (Europe, Oceania, Japan, China and Latam)
  • Ability to lead organisational/ position compensation and benefits benchmarking, job evaluations and compensation surveys
  • Demonstrated experience developing and presenting recommendations across a variety of diverse stakeholder groups across different geographies
  • A self-starter and team player with strong initiative and customer/client orientation; ability to facilitate discussions to resolve issues, obtain consensus and drive to conclusion
  • Tolerance for ambiguity and ability to proactively define appropriate work plans, project management and processes
  • Proficient with working with SuccessFactors or similar HR Systems, MS Excel and MS Power Point
  • Experience of managing recognition programs
  • Experience with Long Term Incentive (LTI) programs is advantageous
  • Flexible to virtually connect across different time zones
