Description:
RF Engineer needed: Chelmsford, MA. - Active Secret Clearance
We have an opening with a great client of ours and we are looking for a RF Engineer to work in Chelmsford, MA. This is a 1 year long contract with a possible extension. You must be a US Citizen to apply. Required: US Citizenship and Residency, W2 hourly Contract Only, No 1099, No third parties, no C2C. No exceptions (Sorry)
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- BS degree in electrical engineering or closely related technical field and 5 years of relevant professional engineering experience.
- Experience with troubleshooting RF products and resolving integration issues is required.
- Experience with the use of microwave test equipment is required.
- Excellent communication and organization skills are required.
DESIRED SKILLS
- An MS in electrical engineering or closely related technical field is desired.
- Relevant experience in the defense electronics industry is desired.
- Experience with RF design is desired.
- Knowledge of RF subsystems and hardware including antennas, transmitters, receivers, microwave components, low noise amplifiers, high power amplifiers, advanced electronic modules, amplifiers, mixers, switches, frequency generation circuits, and frequency conversion circuits is desired.
- Experience with microwave simulation tools is desired.
- Experience with microelectronics assembly techniques is desired.
- Knowledge of technical documentation such as specifications, schematic diagrams and test data is desired.
