This includes complete turnkey communication systems designed for our domestic and international customers. Our products transition from conception to production for both military and commercial customers. Core competencies include embedded software, digital signal processing and digital radio design.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Designs, builds, tests, and troubleshoots RF systems
- Executes designing, testing and unit testing of RF products
- Meets with software engineers to resolve hardware/software compatibility
- Meets with other departments to participate in specification, design, and test reviews
- Evaluate problems to develop solutions relating to RF systems
- Provides certification of RF products
- Contributes to the enhancement of RF development procedure
- Improves existing RF systems by analyzing and identifying areas for alteration
- Interfaces with users to define system requirements and/or necessary alterations
- Contributes in project planning and project management
- Manages and priorities multiple projects within design specifications and budget limitations
- Interacts with all internal and external sources necessary to successfully complete assignments
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested
- Must produce weekly status reports due each Friday
- Adhere to company policies and standards and follow company procedures and processes.
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree or RF centric studies or work experience, prefer 5 plus years, but will consider all levels.

Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Knowledge of RF theory, PLLs, and general communication measurements
- Experience using Genesys or a similar RF simulation tool to design and analyze RF performance
- Knowledge in RF PCB design requirements
- RF Design experience in S-Band, X-Band and KA Band
- Board level troubleshooting or prototype PCA
- RF Amplifier tuning
- Ability to communicate clearly, organize effectively and document work thoroughly
- Participate with a leading role on a focused engineering team
- Support product development from conception to product delivery and production

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $149,442.00 per year
