Description:

Prime Purpose Of Role:
Contribute to JOHCM’s business generation and client retention activities by developing effective and high-quality responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), Surveys and other questionnaires, which cover the full range of the firm’s investment capabilities offered to institutional clients and wholesale clients via platforms/distributors.

Main responsibilities

  • Cooperate closely with sales, portfolio management teams, client servicing, marketing, compliance and other departments within JOHCM to produce high quality, client-focussed RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, Surveys and other questionnaires. Ensure all documents are accurate and adhere to relevant rules and guidelines.
  • Update the suite of standard RFPs.
  • Manage the RFP workflow tracker and Salesforce
  • Update quarterly information sources (i.e. Headcount, Organisation Chart)
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and undertake regular and rigorous checking to ensure the RFP database (RocketDocs) data is current, relevant and accurate.
  • Keep up to date with corporate and product changes and craft consistent narrative/records for use by the team.
  • Project participation as assigned, as well as any other ad hoc duties or responsibilities that may be required.

Key Skills

  • Experience in a similar position within investment management.
  • Experience of working with RFP databases, RocketDocs preferred.
  • Ability to synthesis large data sets
  • Broad knowledge of financial markets and demonstrated RFP experience across a range of distribution channels (in particular institutional clients/public pension plans and wholesale/retail distribution) and investment consultants.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder and project management skills, with the ability to provide regular updates to senior management.
  • First-rate writing and editing skills, including experience in tailoring technical investment content to directly answer individual client needs and questions.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. Strong proof-reading skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other teams/functions and in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Autonomous and takes responsibility for delivering on deadlines.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Experience with AI and process automation

$65,000 - $85,000 per annum
