WHO YOU ARE:

We are always looking for amazing talent who can contribute to our growth and deliver results! Geotab is seeking an RFP Specialist who will be responsible for coordinating the development and completion of proposal content with minimal supervision under strict deadlines.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As an RFP Specialist you will be coordinating the development and completion of proposal content with minimal supervision under strict deadlines. This could include supporting the development of proposals/bids and responding to vendor and security questionnaires. For the project coordination-related duties, the RFP Specialist will be responsible for managing certain tasks related to driving efficiencies and optimizing tools and resources for content management.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE

• 3-5 years of experience supporting Sales/Operations, Proposal coordination, or Content management
• Experience working within a technical or engineering organization/knowledge of the high-technology industry is an asset.
• Proposal writing, proofreading, and editing skills
• High accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent proofreading abilities.
• Able to work well under pressure and respond to fast changing priorities and deadlines.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal relationship building skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem solve and make sound decisions.
• A strong team-player with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization.
• Advanced technical competence using software programs, including, but not limited to, Google or Microsoft Suite for business (Sheets, Docs, Slides or Excel, Word, PowerPoint respectively).
• Experience with CRM Tools (e.g. Salesforce) and other tools/systems (e.g. Jira, Lucid Charts)
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable in a flat organization.
