ABOUT THE ROLE

As a RhythmCARE Clinical Specialist EP, you will provide remote clinical, technical, and educational support to our customers and colleagues across EMEA and GEM. This role can be based in multiple locations across EMEA and GEM where we have the presence of a Boston Scientific office.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Provide a remote source for clinical support and troubleshooting across the EP portfolio, including Farapulse, Rhythmia, Polarx.
  • Support customers across EMEA and GEM for EP clinical procedures.
  • Attends cases remotely and advise physicians on clinical attributes and techniques for case support.
  • Become an expert in remote technologies to provide full customer support.
  • Drive innovative digital health services within the EP field.
  • Provide educational support to customers and internal Boston Scientific employees on the merits and proper clinical usage of the EP devices using a wide variety of formats and platforms.
  • Respond to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel (e.g., sales, clinical research, marketing, technical support) to develop optimal solutions.
  • Develop relationships with hospital personnel through remote communications.
  • Assist field-based colleagues to help achieve commercial sales goals.
