  • Contract Type: Permanent, hybrid

⌚ Hours: 37.5 hours per week

  • Salary: £22,781 - £25,059.10

This is a hybrid role where the successful candidate will be expected to be onsite for up to 12 weeks whilst training. There is an expectation that you will work from home and come into the office once a week as a minimum as agreed in advance. Once passed probation you will be required to work in the Bristol office once a fortnight as a minimum.
What is a Right Care Advisor?
As a Right Care Advisor, you will obtain relevant medical history from patients, General Practitioners, and Hospitals, ensuring patient consent and compliance with Pre-Existing Conditions guidelines. You will handle clinical referrals for patients considering Termination of Pregnancy and Vasectomy procedures, collaborating with internal stakeholders. Additionally, you will inform patients with contraindications of alternative pathways and arrange necessary appointments or referrals.
You will maintain and update patient records, report daily progress, and escalate any service level concerns to the Team Manager. Efficient triaging of cases with health or safeguarding complexities is essential, as is supporting the team with telephone consultations or administrative tasks as needed. Regular reporting of patient referral outcomes to the Operational Management Team will also be part of your role.
Previous healthcare experience is not a requisite for this role.
