RIMS TRAINING MANAGER

The Trainer for the RIM systems will be responsible for delivering effective and engaging training sessions to ensure users are proficient in using RIMS systems. This role involves conducting training sessions, assisting in the development of training materials, and providing ongoing support to users.
Responsibilities:
Training Delivery:
- Conduct training sessions for employees on the RIM systems, both in-person and virtually.
- Ensure training sessions are engaging, informative, and tailored to various learning styles. Material Support:
- Assist in the development and updating of training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources.
- Provide feedback on training materials to ensure they meet user needs and are easy to understand. User Support:
- Provide post-training support to users, addressing questions and troubleshooting issues related to the RIM systems.
- Act as a resource for users to enhance their understanding and use of the system. Continuous Improvement:
- Gather feedback from training participants to assess the effectiveness of training sessions.
- Collaborate with the Training Lead to implement improvements to training programs.
