Robert Half is working with a large employer in the West Midlands to help grow their Risk & Audit Team. We’re currently seeking a Risk Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

As Risk Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting the organisation’s risk management processes. Working closely with the Senior Risk Manager, you’ll provide analytical insights, contribute to risk assessments, and help ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to refine your expertise while contributing to a meaningful mission.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Risk Data Analysis: Gather, organise, and analyse data from multiple sources to identify trends and potential risks.
  • Risk Assessments: Assist the Senior Risk Manager in performing assessments and recommending mitigation strategies.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation and prepare detailed reports, including dashboards and tracking tools.
  • Process Improvement: Provide analytical insights to help improve risk management processes and controls.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and internal policies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across the organisation to provide analytical support on risk-related matters.
  • Audit Support: Assist with external audit preparation, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of risk-related data.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify potential risks early and contribute to preventative measures to enhance resilience.
