Risk & Assurance Business Partner ️
You will support the management and operation of all programs and activities relevant to the char.gy Integrated Management System (IMS), encompassing Quality (ISO 9001:2015), Environmental (ISO 14001:2015), and Health and Safety (ISO 45001:2018) (QHSE) standards. This role will be developed around the individual and their specific levels / areas of competence with an appropriate training development programme, to ensure the role meets the needs of the individual as well as the business.

• have demonstrable experience in a similar role.
• have previously worked in a fast-paced dynamic environment, ideally in a start-up or scale-up environment.
• have a NEBOSH health & safety general certificate or Level 3 NVQ.
• have an internal Auditor qualification within at least one of the standards, ISO 9001, 45001, or 14001.
• have excellent knowledge of ISO 9001 & implementation and maintenance of a document management system within both an office and an operational environment.
• are computer literate with intermediate skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

We would prefer if candidates (but this is not essential):

• have NEBOSH Diploma, or Environment related qualification, NVQ level 6 or equivalent degree.
• have lead auditor qualification and experience within more than one ISO standard.
