You will play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of compliance and managing operational risks to support UCC Coffee’s goals. You’ll bring:

  • A relevant degree with several years of hands-on experience with a focus on regulatory compliance and risk management.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement risk mitigation and business continuity strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough risk assessments to identify potential operational, regulatory, and environmental risks.
  • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive risk management framework tailored to UCC’s needs.
  • Designing, implementing, and regularly updating business continuity plans to ensure seamless operations during disruptions.
  • Ensuring all business continuity and risk management practices comply with local, regional, and national regulations.
  • Leading crisis management protocols, training teams, and conducting regular drills to ensure preparedness.
  • Promoting sustainability initiatives and ensuring adherence to environmental regulations.
  • Developing and delivering training programs on business continuity and risk management
