  • Exceptional reading comprehension and writing skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems and find speedy resolutions.
  • Skilled at handling multiple issues at once to efficiently solve a large number of inquiries.
  • Must work well in a team environment, contributing to a synergistic work environment where people learn from one another and continuously improve processes on behalf of users.
  • Work time will be shift based totalling 40 hours per week.
  • Weekend and weekly evening shifts are required.
  • You’re an Uber evangelist - you care deeply about the product and getting others excited to ride and partner with Uber

  • Bachelor’s degree or college experience preferred.
  • Support experience in a high-volume environment, including service industries, retail, hospitality or other support environments

Responsibilities:

At Uber, providing safe transportation is core to our mission, and ensuring compliance of all of our partner-drivers is a key priority for the UK&I Rides business. We invest in it and believe in providing the highest quality service executed in the smartest, most efficient way. The right candidate for this role is interested in working with data, always looking for unique and exciting ways to solve problems, drive process excellence, as well as managing complex cases related to Document Fraud and Compliance investigations. For interested candidates, these areas should be exciting to you and you will be asked to demonstrate understanding or skills in these areas, as well as an eagerness to upskill in these areas.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver high-quality service across multiple Compliance operations (Querybuilder-SQL/Jira)
  • Strive towards meeting or exceeding expected Compliance KPI’s
  • Conduct deepdives & further investigations into complex Compliance document issues
  • Triage issues and escalate them when necessary
  • Manage escalations directly from various internal teams and work with a large number of stakeholder on complex document related queries or cases.
  • Be a passionate advocate for ensuring compliance of all of our partner-drivers
