In the Retail Banking Services (RBS) Home Buying Line 1 Risk Domain, we are always looking for driven and talented individuals to support our business unlock the dream of home ownership for all Australians.
As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for providing timely and pragmatic risk advice and guidance to your Home Buying (HB) stakeholders. You will proactively opportunities to reduce risk as well as assess and manage risks to the Domain that arise from changes, incidents, issues and control assessments. You will work closely with stakeholders across RBS and the Group, build sound knowledge of HB products and processes, and ensure the business is aligned with the Group’s frameworks and standards.

WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM PEOPLE WHO HAVE:

• Understanding and working experience in operational and compliance risks (within financial services desirable)
• Knowledge of Home Buying or similar products, processes and systems also desirable
• Strong reasoning and influencing skills to work with senior stakeholders
• Ability to analyse trends, identify critical threats and opportunities, diagnose problems and issues, and recommend appropriate actions
• Well-developed written communication skills and ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively
• Being able to deliver initiatives in a fast-paced, shifting environment
