Description:
YOUR OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Risk, Assurance, & System Analyst to join our fast-paced, friendly, and dynamic Risk Management team. This is a unique chance to gain a holistic view of the entire organization, working across diverse business areas and contributing to risk management initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Gather and analyse data from various sources to identify and assess existing and emerging risks across the organisation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare and distribute safety, risk, and assurance reports and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date risk and assurance information to support reporting, activity planning, and risk control identification.
- Provide analytical and reporting services, producing detailed reports for management review and submission to stakeholders at all levels.
Administer business systems (GRC, TRIM) and generate regular and ad-hoc safety and environment assurance teams.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in risk management, safety, or assurance roles.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of risk and intelligence processes.
- Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., Excel, GRC, or TRIM).
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
Remuneration & Employment Type: This is a fixed term, fulltime position (ending 28/02/2025 with possible extension) based in Brisbane CBD with a starting base salary of $113,768 (pro rata) plus 12.75% superannuation and hybrid work options to support the balance between work and personal commitments.
