We currently have an opportunity for a Risk and Compliance Manager to join our team based in Bendigo. The Performance, Risk, and Quality Manager is responsible for risk, compliance, and quality management to ensure contract performance is managed and that work activities are conducted in accordance with the Policy and Procedures Manual, the Operator’s standards and relevant guidelines and policies.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
The role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below:
- Work with key client and Downer teams to ensure compliance with Hospital accreditation.
- Reviews of the Quality Assurance Plan, including the formulation of a structured quality audit regime
- Maintain continuous awareness of outcomes of quality and efficiency improvement activities by attending client and/or department meetings.
- Manage the Abatement system for the contract and provide data for reporting.
Manage the roll-out and ongoing maintenance of the Customer Satisfaction Survey program. Responsible for disseminating the data appropriately and developing action plans for improvement.Actively seeking ways to improve work efficiency and identify areas where opportunities for business improvements can be realised.
