Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced NEBOSH health and safety professional to join our team as a Risk Consultant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering a comprehensive range of health and safety and risk management consultancy services to our valued clients.
As a Risk Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and advice to clients, conducting thorough risk assessments, formulating efficient risk management strategies, and developing and delivering training events on a wide range of health and safety and risk management practices.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Provide health and safety/risk management consultancy services to clients
  • Act as the primary consultant for a designated portfolio of clients
  • Promote and deliver Risk Consulting services to existing clients
  • Conduct detailed risk assessments and produce written reports with recommendations
  • Develop and deliver training events on health and safety/risk management practices
  • Analyze claims data and generate analytical reports for clients
  • Assist in crafting guidance materials for clients
  • Maintain client management and reporting systems
  • Support the health and safety of company employees

About you:

  • NEBOSH / IOSH Qualification (or equivalent)
  • Detailed knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
  • Familiarity with legal liability principles and insurance principles
  • Excellent communication and training skills
  • Strong analytical and report writing abilities
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships
  • Flexible mindset and ability to adapt to new information
  • Effective time management and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience as a Health and Safety professional (preferably in consultancy)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
