OVERVIEW OF THE TEAM

Industry & Services Risk Consulting, Energy and Infrastructure, is part of the Risk Consulting Advisory business unit in the UK. We work in close collaboration with our Global Infrastructure Finance team, providing advice to our clients on a wider range of activities, starting from the development of commercial strategies and investment business cases, advising on governance and compliance aspects of complex infrastructure projects, contractual issues, supply chain management, risk management and internal audit.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Extensive experience of internal auditing and business development.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of clients and markets within the Energy and Infrastructure sectors.
  • Proven ability to act as a client engagement lead.
  • Professional certification such as ACCA or ACA (equivalent) is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager/ Associate Director to join our I&S Risk Consulting, Energy, and Infrastructure team. The successful candidate will act as a subject matter specialist, demonstrating extensive knowledge of the energy, infrastructure, and energy transition environment. This role involves delivering current projects as well as developing new markets and clients in the energy transition space, including renewable energy and low carbon hydrogen.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as a subject matter specialist in the Energy and Infrastructure sectors.
  • Develop new markets and clients in energy transition, including renewable energy and low carbon hydrogen.
  • Lead client engagements, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Deliver internal audit and risk consulting services to energy and infrastructure clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes.
