Description:

The role of the Risk Consulting Research Supervisor is to manage the research team’s day-to-day production inclusive of quality, timeliness, and volume. The position works closely with all areas of Risk Consulting including field and home office staff to ensure the smooth flow of inspection work and serves as a liaison with Underwriting and Operations staff for workflow and escalation issues pertaining to inspection ordering.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Supervise a team of 5 employees.
  • Support day to day operations of the team.
  • Daily work distribution - Prioritize work based on received date & inspection sub-type to ensure timeliness goals are met. Results are shared with Senior Leadership each month.
  • Monitor daily productivity.
  • Escalate any import or system issues to the appropriate resource.
  • Monitor team group chat to answer workflow related questions.
  • Collaborate with automation team to implement, maintain, and address concerns with BOT technology.
  • Collaborate with Chubb PRS managers to ensure proper flow of inspections.
  • Escalate issues with incorrectly ordered requests.
  • Escalate concerns with requests that do not follow published workflows.
  • Conduct monthly audits.
  • Work with manager to address audit concerns and trends.
  • Responsible for maintaining team SharePoint page for knowledge management.
  • Ensure all workflows are up to date and posted in a timely manner.
  • Review time sheets for non-exempt employees.
  • Approve or decline PTO.
  • Maintain PTO days on Chubb Risk Consulting shared calendar.
  • Work with manager to support inspection related Chubb PRS & Risk Consulting initiatives.
