Responsibilities:
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Most of your time will be spent growing and managing the teams’ with a strong focus on business development, supervising the client engagement teams and working with a wide variety of clients to market and deliver Regulatory Compliance services such as Quality Management, Computer System Validation & other risk management services in the Life Sciences domain.
TO QUALIFY FOR THE ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE
- A bachelor’s degree and approximately 2-4 years of relevant work experience; or a master’s degree and approximately 2+ years of related work experience
- Consulting experience in Life Sciences is desirable.
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Advanced written and presentational skills
- Strong leadership skills & experience in team management
- Experience with Laboratory & Quality Management Systems, Information Technology (IT) and/or Quality Assurance (QA)
- Experience in people management, and solution design.
