THE OPPORTUNITY:
Zurich Resilience Solutions (ZRS) have an opportunity for an Assistant Risk Engineer to join our diverse, enthusiastic and thought leading team.
Working alongside ZRS Account engineers, this is a rewarding role focussed on providing administration and coordination duties for both customers and underwriters to ensure we provide excellent customer service standards.

The role is home based with very occasional travel within the UK.

Responsibilities:
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Gather and collate information to assist with customer programmes
- Data management and input for the region and aligned accounts
- Coordinate accounts including risk improvement actions, monitoring earned income and accurate capture of metrics
- Support the resolution of customer queries, including involving other stakeholders where relevant
- Production of customer & underwriting reports monitoring service delivery and revenue income
- Supporting the ZRS management team to deliver operational and strategic excellence
