Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
You’ll work as part of high-performing teams on a broad range of financial services clients and assignments that will stretch and challenge you. You’ll be encouraged and expected to take accountability and make an impact. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and compliance, with the ability to provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations to clients.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- The scope of the work that you can expect to be involved in will include supporting clients across a range of risk-related topics, such as FinCrime, Governance, Regulatory Compliance and Conduct Risk.
- This also includes the ability to assess policies and procedures in order to identify gaps to regulatory requirements and provide remediation plans or recommendations.
- You can expect to be working on client assignments across the industries we serve - banking, insurance, and wealth and asset management.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments for clients across various industries, identifying potential risks and vulnerabilities.
- Develop and implement comprehensive risk management plans, including mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Advise clients on regulatory compliance and industry best practices.
- Perform regular audits and reviews of clients’ risk management processes and frameworks.
- Collaborate with clients’ internal teams to enhance their risk management capabilities and awareness.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations outlining findings, recommendations, and action plans.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to provide relevant advice to clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
