Description:
WHAT IT’S ABOUT
To enhance our operational risk management function, we are seeking an experienced professional to join our team at Partners Group, based in Zug, Switzerland.
Key responsibilities:
- Assisting in redefining the overall operational risk management (ORM) framework, including redesigning the Quality Assurance (incident) reporting process
- Helping to further advance various components of ORM such as Internal Control System, Quality Assurance, Business resilience, and Change management
- Assisting the BU leader in preparing various risk assessments, analyses, and reporting on the ORM
- Tracking and reporting relevant key risk indicators (KRIs) to actively manage operational risks within Partners Group’s three lines of defense model
- Working with business users to jointly review, design, and implement effective processes and controls
- Helping to facilitate control reviews to assess the completeness and suitability of processes and controls in relation to new or amended business processes and systems
- Performing ad-hoc assignments and projects as needed
