Risk Management Facilitator (RMF cum DFS)

at  SHANGHAI TUNNEL ENGINEERING CO SINGAPORE PTE LTD

MAIN DUTIES:

• Overseeing the construction activities and progress, planning, implementation, and monitoring work schedules in accordance to the master and detailed work programme
• Liaise with Professional Engineer on the Temporary works
• Liaise with consultants (QPS) for technical issues and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors
• Handing of technical and engineering problems
• Provide guidance to supervisors in relation to construction works, ensure progress according to schedule, quality standards are maintained site inspections are carried out and technical issues are resolved on time
• Prepare report and method statement whenever necessary
• Manage and control workers and monitor their work closely to keep site safer and neat
• Perform risk analysis, risk monitoring and reporting
• Maintenance of risk registrar
• Identify risks and ensure all requirements during design & construction stage are addressed with suitable protection and mitigation measures
• Prepare, maintain, and update project Risk Register as project progresses

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Degree accepted by Professional Engineers Board (PEB) or Board Of Architects and construction related degree accepted by Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV) and Society of Project Managers (SPM).
• Risk Management Facilitator (RMF) Certification
• Reasonable exposure in safety and health for construction especially on transportation infrastructure projects in a similar nature to this Contract and Attended the DfS for Professional Course and passed the assessment, or equivalent.
• Be a registered PE or Architect with a Practicing Certificate
• Min 5years relevant experiences in the construction site/LTA project/Design which includes contributions to designs, writing specifications) and the supervision of the construction of structures.
