Description:
Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.
Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled Risk Management Junior Analyst to join our client.
Contract Dates: 6 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Rate: $28 per hour
Business Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Job Responsibilities:
- Fosters a culture aligned to the bank’s purpose, values and strategy and role models the bank’s values and behaviors in all that they do.
- Ensures alignment between values and behavior that fosters diversity and inclusion.
- Regularly connects work to the bank’s purpose, sets inspirational goals, defines clear expected outcomes, and ensures clear accountability for follow through.
- Creating, maintaining, and updating all program monitoring documentation.
- Promote awareness of compliance to and storage of all related Changes and the Change Governance documentation.
- Monitoring the storage of the change related documentation in the approved Book of Record.
- Advanced knowledge of email communications and follow up required to lines of business.
- Reporting, as needed, on any issues as requested from management.
- Understanding of TPRM Directive, ONFR guidelines and other relevant third-party policy requirements.
- Performs periodic reviews of TPRM process documentation.
- Provide insights and making recommendations for enhancements of the bank’s monitoring process.
- Identifies emerging issues and trends to inform decision-making.
- Works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholder.
- Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.
Experience & Qualification Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient MS Office Suite
- Collaborator, able to work with cross-functional teams
- Two to three years of professional working experience
- Strategic and critical thinking
- Able to see what needs to be done and act without needing direction (self-sufficient)
- Knowledge and understanding for managing programs
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Data driven decision making
