Description:

Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.
Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled Risk Management Junior Analyst to join our client.
Contract Dates: 6 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Rate: $28 per hour
Business Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Fosters a culture aligned to the bank’s purpose, values and strategy and role models the bank’s values and behaviors in all that they do.
  • Ensures alignment between values and behavior that fosters diversity and inclusion.
  • Regularly connects work to the bank’s purpose, sets inspirational goals, defines clear expected outcomes, and ensures clear accountability for follow through.
  • Creating, maintaining, and updating all program monitoring documentation.
  • Promote awareness of compliance to and storage of all related Changes and the Change Governance documentation.
  • Monitoring the storage of the change related documentation in the approved Book of Record.
  • Advanced knowledge of email communications and follow up required to lines of business.
  • Reporting, as needed, on any issues as requested from management.
  • Understanding of TPRM Directive, ONFR guidelines and other relevant third-party policy requirements.
  • Performs periodic reviews of TPRM process documentation.
  • Provide insights and making recommendations for enhancements of the bank’s monitoring process.
  • Identifies emerging issues and trends to inform decision-making.
  • Works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholder.
  • Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient MS Office Suite
  • Collaborator, able to work with cross-functional teams
  • Two to three years of professional working experience
  • Strategic and critical thinking
  • Able to see what needs to be done and act without needing direction (self-sufficient)
  • Knowledge and understanding for managing programs
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Data driven decision making
