Evoke is a leading player in the gaming industry, committed to maintaining a best-in-class risk management culture. We are expanding our Risk Management function and seeking a passionate Risk Management Officer to establish an ERM infrastructure that manages the company’s overall risk exposure, generates competitive advantages, and creates business opportunities.
The Risk Management Officer is responsible for assessing and managing risks within the organisation, encompassing business processes, systems, and external events. This role involves significant coordination and oversight across various functional areas within Evoke operations. The Risk Management Officer will work closely with different departments to identify, assess, and manage risks.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Proven experience in risk management, contributing to the design and effectiveness of ERM frameworks.
  • Familiarity with core risk management tools, including RCSAs, risk reporting, risk appetite statements, incidents, and issues.
  • Project management skills, ability to multi-task on quality deliverables, and excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Have analytical and critical thinking skills, commercial awareness, and excellent verbal and written communication skills with sound judgment and initiative.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development, implementation, and embedding of the enterprise risk management (ERM) framework.
  • Lead in building and maintaining operational and compliance risk libraries, including risk and control registers.
  • Collaborate with key business stakeholders and senior management to develop and produce risk management tools and reports such as RCSAs and KRIs.
  • Conduct internal control reviews and report on the adequacy of the internal control environment and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage key incidents and issues, ensuring they are appropriately recorded, assessed, and tracked to completion.
  • Provide risk advisory services, including identifying opportunities for process/control improvements and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong and up to date knowledge of risk management best practice and emerging risks through research and other means and ensure addressed by the businesses.
