• Risk Assessment: Evaluating and prioritizing risks based on their likelihood and potential impact.
• Mitigation Strategies: Developing and implementing plans to minimize or manage identified risks.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Continuously tracking risk exposure and reporting status to stakeholders.
• Framework Development: Designing and maintaining risk management processes and frameworks that align with best practices.
• Training and Awareness: Educating staff on risk management principles to foster a risk-aware culture.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams to integrate risk management into organizational practices.
