The primary purpose of this role is to assist the Head of Risk in developing and managing a comprehensive Risk Management Framework that enhances the organisation’s business capabilities. This includes providing advisory support, conducting oversight and assurance activities, and delivering insightful risk reporting. Additionally, this role collaborates with peers to ensure the effective implementation of second line assurance activities, including defining scope and conducting assurance assessments.
The role requires engagement across all business verticals to foster a culture of compliance and achieve high-performance outcomes within an evolving Three Lines of Defence structure.
As an integral member of the Legal, Risk, and Compliance team, you will bring your expertise in building risk capabilities within a growing organisation. You will assist with framework delivery, utilising your skills in influence and collaboration to make a significant and positive impact on our employees, partners, and customers.
