JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Risk Officer assists the Risk Manager in translating the company’s risk appetite and policies into daily business operations. Under the responsibility of the Risk Manager, the Risk Officer ensures the effective operation of the risk management system, executing the risk and governance program, and maintaining an organization-wide and aggregated view of the company’s risk profile.

• Maintain and develop the annual ORSA Report and other Risk reporting (SFCR, RSR, QRTs) for Life and Non-Life entities.
• Assist the team in the preparation of the agenda for ALCO – RICO (Asset Liability Committee / Risk Committee), collect and prepare supporting documentation, and write the minutes.
• Support the design and monitoring of key risk indicators (KRIs).
• Assist first line risk owners in consistently applying the Risk Management Framework to identify, assess, manage, monitor, and report all material risks.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and quality reviews.
• Maintain and develop policies based on the applicable governance framework.
• Create, maintain, and develop positive working relationships with all stakeholders, internal and external, to support achieving key outcomes.
• Promote a culture of strong risk awareness across the company.
