Based at our 64-acre site, sitting in the heart of Sheffield, we are looking for a Risk Manager to work as part of our Legal Team. This role will involve assisting the General Counsel & Company Secretary in identifying, assessing, project managing the mitigation of risk, and coordinating the response to risks associated with all aspects of the Sheffield Forgemasters organisation.

• Support the delivery of the Risk Community of Practice monthly meetings.
• Collaborate with, support and update all stakeholder on KRIs, mitigations and risk heatmaps.
• Support the coordination and management of risk mitigation initiatives and projects.
• Support the maintenance and development of risk related analysis, including root cause analysis.
• Support the fine tuning and alignment of risk policies, practices and procedures across Sheffield Forgemasters.
• Act as the principal point of contact for all risk related issues and risk updates for all stakeholders.
• Manage and resolve conflicting points of view between competing stakeholders to achieve acceptable resolutions.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
