JASARA PMC is excited to announce an opening for a Risk Manager (Supporting Delivery) to enhance our commitment to delivering exceptional infrastructure programs in alignment with Vision 2030. In this role, you will support project teams by identifying and managing risks effectively, ensuring that potential challenges are addressed proactively to guarantee successful project delivery.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in risk management, preferably in an infrastructure or construction environment.
• Strong understanding of risk management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with risk management software and project management tools.
• Relevant certifications in risk management (e.g., PMI-RMP, CRM) are a plus.

• Support project delivery teams by providing expert guidance on risk management practices.
• Identify, analyze, and assess risks that could impede the successful delivery of projects.
• Develop and maintain risk registers that document identified risks and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and stakeholders to integrate risk management processes into project planning and execution.
• Facilitate risk workshops and meetings to foster a culture of risk awareness among project teams.
• Provide regular updates and reports on the status of risk management activities to senior management.
• Monitor the effectiveness of risk mitigation strategies and recommend adjustments as necessary.
