Risk Officer Compliance / EMIR, MiFID II
Aufgaben
Monitoring relevant regulatory obligations such as EMIR and MiFID II / Establishing a control framework / Carrying out controls as a 2nd line of defense / Making sure the adherence of laws and regulations applicable / Responsible for relevant risk analysis including risk based control framework / Responsible for the remediation of identified weaknesses / Point of contact for the business on compliance issues / Responsible for reports for the Senior Management and the Authorities / Responsible for trainings and employee information.
Qualifikation
Masters’ or Bachelor’s in Economics, Finance or Law / Experience as external or internal Auditor as an advantage / Experience in banking issues / Good understanding of financial market infrastructure activities / Sound knowledge of relevant regulations, especially EMIR and MiFID II / Dealing with regulatory requirements for derivatives especially of Central Counterparties / Ability to communicate and negotiate clearly / Dedication and motivation / Skilled in German as well as English.
