JOB DESCRIPTION

• Analyse workforce trends, including hiring, turnover, employee engagement, and retention
• Develop comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate research findings to HR leadership and other stakeholders
• Provide research-based recommendations to support the development and implementation of HR policies and programs
• Assist in workforce planning by analysing current and future labor market trends and organisational needs
• Collaborate with HR business partners, managers, and other stakeholders to understand their research needs and provide relevant insights
• Design and administer employee surveys and assessments to gather data on employee engagement, satisfaction, and other HR-related topics
• Assisting with the screening and interviewing process as needed
• Apply statistical techniques and methodologies to analyse data and interpret results
• Provide training and knowledge sharing sessions to HR teams on research methodologies and data analysis techniques

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Apply statistical techniques and methodologies to analyse data and interpret results
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret data and identify trends
• Entry level candidates are welcome to apply, training will be provided
