Position : Retail Sales Associate
Reports to: Critical Parts Manager

JOB SUMMARY

The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting guests with product selection, completing sales and general retail operations.

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Greeting the guest and attending to their needs
• Building a loyal customer base
• Learning proper RTP procedures
• Assisting the store team in achieving and surpassing store targets
• Shows Initiative and works well with others
• Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock
• Being aware of promotional offers throughout the store.
• Awareness of loss prevention
• Opening and closing procedures
• Receiving stock accurately
• Assist in display maintenance and housekeeping
• Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.
• Awareness of sales targets
• Ensure that all related activities are conducted in a safe manner through sound judgment and knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Must have minimum 1 year Retail experience.
• Must have completed Grade 12 education

ABILITIES REQUIRED

• Superior written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Intermediate computer experience utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
• Ability to work under extreme deadlines and in a fast paced environment.

• Wage $18.50 – $19.00
