OUR FORMER RMT BUSINESS UNIT CONTROLLER HAS MOVED ON TO PURSUE NEW OPPORTUNITIES OUTSIDE THE GROUP, WE ARE NOW SEEKING HER REPLACEMENT.

Mowi Raw Materials and Trade (RMT) is responsible for the supply chain management and trading of Mowi’s global production of Atlantic salmon. We ensure the highest standards of quality, sustainability, and traceability from source to customer, serving both internal divisions and external clients. Through innovative logistics, robust supplier relationships, and advanced technology, we deliver fresh, sustainably sourced salmon to meet the diverse needs of the international market.
As the RMT Business Unit Controller, you are accountable for the overall financial planning, reporting and controlling for RMT. This includes analyzing its performance and risks in addition to development of the necessary executive reports, dashboards and ad-hoc reports and analysis. Your objective is to maximize value through a proactive and business-driven approach.
We seek continuous improvement of our processes and are investing in automation and development. We are therefore searching for a person who can take a proactive approach in identifying areas of standardization, simplification and automation, combined with the ability to drive and execute such changes so that we minimize the manual work and can build robust and efficient teams and reporting.
You will be a central part of the RMT Management team and have active participation and execution of the Business Unit strategy. Strong leadership skills are a requirement.
The RMT Business Unit Controller will lead the global RMT credit, controlling and reporting team currently expanding across Europe and the Americas. As an efficient leader you will make sure to support and develop your team members and ensure a culture of learning and sharing of best practices across units.

• Monthly reporting and preparation for monthly review meeting
• Budget process and Long-Term Plan
• Ensure compliance to all Mowi Policies and Procedures
• Responsibility for the internal control operations and adherence to financial laws, guidelines and standards.
• The right candidate has a strong passion for improvement, strong management skills, excellent communication skills both in Norwegian and English and displays relevant professional skills preferably within seafood and/or international trade.
  Higher education within Business and Administration or similar is a prerequisite for this position, and we are searching for a candidate with knowledge of our ERP system M3. Demonstrated knowledge of HFM consolidation system, Medius invoice handling system and Power BI reporting tool will also be valued.
  The position reports to the Managing Director of RMT and the place of work will be Bergen.
