RN-ED Screening Crisis Unit Full Time Day

JOB OVERVIEW:

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated RN for a Full Time Day position in our ED Crisis Unit at Community Medical Center.

• The RN is an intricate part of the ED Screening Team assisting in caring for patients in Crisis in a Locked Unit.
• Team consists of Psychiatrist, RN, MHA & MH Screener
• Administers and notes reactions to psychotropic drugs and other medications
• Assists in maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff and patients
• Assists the client in understanding the nature of emotional disturbances and accepting the need for treatment
