RN - Home and Ambulatory Infusion

DESCRIPTION

Provides direct nursing services and case management related to infusion therapy for patients in the home, clinic, or alternate living site. This is accomplished through collaboration and coordination with various providers, the patient and/or caregiver, the physician and the payor. These services are provided in the states of Oregon and/or southwest Washington.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement
• Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire or
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire or
• National Registered Nurse Compact License upon hire
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
• Unencumbered Registered Nurse License in state(s) of hire, and wherever care is delivered upon hire. If RN holds a multi-state license through the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC), the RN must adhere to the requirements of licensure in the new state(s) of hire

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1 year experience with acute hospital care, infusion, or home health
